•Recommended the appropriate Exact Software product mix to solve business pains in the areas of manufacturing, accounting, customer relationship management, business analytics and business process management.  Achieved results of 268% of software license quota performance in 2008.  Reached profitability x quarters before we were supposed to.  Total revenue of $733k in license, consulting, and project management.

•Chosen out of twenty-five representatives to champion sales of time and labor management systems. Resulted in120% quota achievement.  Took region from last in the Central Division to highest percent to quota in one year.

•Awarded District Manager of the Month for number of units sold and revenue dollars.
•Received multiple Quality Awards based on client feedback.  
•Qualified for “Fast Starts” which requires 125% quota performance for a period of four months.  Only four out of twenty-five qualified
•Mentored new associates and was chosen to participate in the District Manager Council
