- Responsible for the operation of the Data Centre and Security Sales operations across Gauteng (South Africa)
- Responsible for End User Computing across Middle East and Africa
- Management of all aspects of operations, staff performance, training and leadership to ensure strategic objectives are consistently achieved and smooth running of the operations

Sales Support/Operations Manager: End User Computing, Data Centre and Security

- Responsible for operation of End User Computing (Microsoft) sales operations (Middle East and Africa)
- Implementation and monitoring of best practices and system automation and standardisation
- Resolution of escalations
- Analysis and quality assurance of operation activities (Ensure highest service standards)
- Building and maintaining relationships across vendors, internal finance and all business units
- Working closely with Software Services team ensuring optimised renewal processing and true up compliance
- Collaboration with Solutions team to resolve technical client queries
- Ensuring team capture all contracts, orders and incentives according to best practice (Enabling accurate payment of incentive fees from Microsoft and various other vendors)

Sales Support/Operations Manager: End User Computing

- Worked with different stakeholders to understand their sales enablement priorities and to roll out different tiers and depths of sales enablement programs
- Coordinated development of programs to support/direct ongoing communications that drive regional execution and adoption
- Ensure sales enablement activities/programs were embedded in all marketing programs
- Drive alignment to the SPIN® language and methodology in support of company’s Solution Selling approach and ensure marketing managers and SME’s build appropriate SPIN-aligned content (Playbooks, role-plays etc.)
