Prior to starting my company, I spent eight years as a business journalist and editor. I've worked in every part of the editorial process throughout my career, including content strategy, SEO, article research, interviewing, reporting, copywriting, editing, and CMS production. I entered the digital media industry in the era of black-hat SEO tactics and “beating the algorithm.” After navigating countless Google updates, corporate restructurings, and the threats/opportunities presented by AI-generated content, I’ve learned that the one constant in good online content is being helpful, relevant, and human.
