Developed and maintained venue partnerships with 70+ residential and business hosts for 20+ concerts per month, with an emphasis on branching into new neighborhoods and spaces. Maintained 97% customer satisfaction rating via Zendesk. Managed the @sofarphilly instagram account from September 2019-September 2020. Assisted with interviewing, training, and managing a network of 50+ team members. From March 2020-September 2020 as Sofar transitioned to digital events, I served on the following teams: Guest Services, Social Media Management, Artists, and Marketing.

Developed the first-ever all school Service Day in Fall 2018 with both on and off campus opportunities for 220+ students and faculty, as well as annual MLK Day of Service on campus. Researched several schools' service programs to create substantial changes to Solebury's program. Managed the roll out of MobileServe, an interactive tool for students to report service hours. Served as an advisor for Solebury's Service Society which met on a weekly basis.

Developed globally focused campus programming and organized domestic and international academic, service, and cultural programs for students. Established and grew partnerships with international schools and organizations in Spain, Switzerland, and Costa Rica. Initiated and developed a Global Education Week on campus and a comprehensive Global Education Concentration program for students to declare. Led national and international student travel programs.

Produced TEDxSoleburySchool which served as part of Teach2Serve Year 2 students' capstone project. Assisted students with their script and served as a coach to all spekers.

Organized year-round events for 220 students and weekend events for 75 boarding students. Managed all student clubs and government. Served as a faculty advisor for the environmental sustainability club and GirlForward (United Nations Girl Up). Instituted a Back to School Music Festival and booked musicians for assemblies (Good Old War, Langhorne Slim, Jukebox the Ghost, VÉRITÉ, Jenny Owen Youngs, Goldspot, Bess Rogers, Hardwork Movement).
