- Managed and mentored a recruiting team of 10 full time Recruiting professionals and 2 Coordinators globally with Recruiters managing searches inclusive of early in career, experienced, managerial, and executive professionals in customer facing and technical roles

- Led implementation of new SaaS phone system from legacy VoIP system for 175 employees
- Partnered with Recruiting & Learning teams to create and implement a competency-based internal & external department wide interview process, including implementing HireVue's video interviewing technology

- Managed and mentored a recruiting team of 10 full time Recruiting professionals and 2-3 interns; designed and delivered recruiting summit with customized and targeted professional Recruiter development content.
- Increased quarterly hiring manager net promoter score year over year (increase of over 13 points from 2015 to 2016)
- Grew company from full time staff of 200 to over 1,200 while company progressed from Series B to post-IPO

Promoted from In-House Corporate Recruiter to manage the team of two full time Recruiting professionals, and grew the team to 7 full time Recruiting professionals and 2 interns while maintaining an active req load.
