The Pandemic -COVID-19 has been the most challenging period for more than 30 years in the Hospitality and shipping Industry. The experience both with guests and crew onboard inspired me to further develop a better understanding and Knowledge to combine with VSPH protocol, by engaging and completing numerous courses. Undertaking various functions developing dynamic leadership and initiative skills to achieve high-demanding, flexible, and important decision-making. Requiring a holistic approach to manage amongst others, the hotel operations, guests, and entertainment services. A strong focus on benchmarking and improving established protocols, processes, and financial performance collaborated in various respectful cruise operations with desirable results and from the passengers’ experience. Been involved in various projects of staff recruitment, training, effective control of costs, purchasing, project management, and execution of multimillion-dollar projects by ensuring a smooth operation into service alongside technical and hotel refurbishment teams. Key pillars of success entail creativity, growth, developing teams to deliver achievable results and exceeding targets.
