Responsible for the area of quality assurance, Suppliers, Quality Management System and the laboratory area, reporting to the Head of Quality, leading a multilevel team of 45 people, 16 direct people and 29 indirect inspectors. 

•	Certification of 7500 containers under ISO Quality and others.
•	Evaluation of Suppliers at destination (China, USA), NC monitoring, evaluation of new products and suppliers.
•	Implementation and monitoring of internal and external Audits. 
•	Optimization of online processes, improving the FPY Indicators from 65% to 90% in three months.
•	Maintains ISO 9001:2015 Quality Control System, coordinates internal and external Audits.

Quality Manager

Supervise the Quality Assurance area in the production plant, reporting to the Head of Quality, with 3 direct people and 30 indirect ones in charge.

•	Leader of one of the five projects in 2017 “Scrap Reduction”, successfully reducing the scrap of direct materials from 10% to 3%.
•	Establishment of the online material segregation procedure (scrap / repair) generating data for subsequent analysis through an interdisciplinary group of quality, production and maintenance.
•	Creation and implementation of formats, processes and systems for the improvement of processes in the production line.
•	Leader auditor in the ISO 9001: 2015 certification process.

Advises the General Staff of the Colombian National Army on management control, management systems and internal auditing to 5 Major Commands and 32 regional Units, reporting to the Major Commander of the National Army.
