I started on YouTube in 2020. When I found out that you could post faceless videos and make passive income… I thought I struck gold. But I was a student at the time. So I was forced to spend every hour I had (when I wasn’t studying) building. Being a student, I didn’t have much of a budget to hire a team or freelancers. This left me with one option: Make my own videos. Going the DIY route took me around 3–4 hours per video, and I uploaded 1x/day. When I look back? Those videos were terrible. But the important part was that I put in the work to get some skin in the game. If you’re just starting out… I recommend you do the same. After 3 months of no success and working 3–4 hours a day to upload consistently… I wondered if I was on the right path. I won’t lie to you; quitting crossed my mind more times than I would like to admit. I saw other YouTube channels posting the same content and getting the same results. All the while, I got only a few views. Family and friends told me that I was doing something that wouldn’t get results. But here's where everything changed. I took a second job to make extra cash. Then I used it to: • Hire a team • Improve my content • Scale the business further After doubling down on some initial success, things started to gain momentum. All of a sudden? My channel exploded. The next month, I hit $6k in my first month of earning money from YouTube. Then, I started another channel. A few months later, I was traveling the world, sponsored by my YouTube channels. Today, I’m still traveling the world, and I’m grateful for the decision to not give up. If you're reading this and struggling?
