I'm co-founder and Chief Innovation Officer (CIO) at Togethr. I spearhead the strategic vision and development of our cutting-edge employee advocacy platform and mobile app (Togethr App). 

My role sits at the intersection of technology, creativity and strategic thinking, driving innovation that resonates with our clients and their evolving needs.

I am deeply involved in curating and conducting tailored training programmes for employees, empowering them with the skills and knowledge needed to maximise the benefits of social media in their professional journeys. 

This training, part of 'the 30 day social club', leverages my two decades of expertise in digital marketing and content strategy, ensuring a blend of practicality and forward-thinking insights.

Togethr has evolved into a dynamic platform with a roadmap of continued AI-integrated, reflecting my commitment to staying at the forefront of technological advancements. 

This integration not only enhances user experience but also provides valuable data insights, reinforcing our position as a leader in the employee advocacy space.

In this role, I continue to balance innovation with practical application, ensuring that our solutions not only meet the current market demands but also anticipate future trends.

I'm a traditionally published author of 3 novels who has just gone indie. After 7 years published by Roundfire Books, I negotiated the rights to my first 3 novels Beat The Rain, The Pursuit of Ordinary and Life, Slightly back at the beginning of 2023 and now publish them under my own imprint.

My debut novel Beat The Rain (the first in the Invisible Lives series) was a Semi-Finalist in the Goodreads Choice Awards for Best Debut Author.

My second novel The Pursuit of Ordinary was a finalist in The People's Book Prize for Fiction. It was longlisted for The Guardian's Not The Booker Prize and was a call in nomination for The Booker Prize.

My third Invisible Lives novel, Life, Slightly, is out now.

I am currently working on a TV screenplay of the Invisible Lives novels and audiobooks of all 3 will be out this year.

I'm also currently writing my fourth fiction novel.

I'm also a father of 2 and have a crazy dog and a 'recently-hit-by-a-car-and-recovering' cat. I'm a sometime runner and a best-selling fiction author. I'm working on my 4th novel and a non-fiction business book about AI and how it will affect the future of marketing.
