How to stand out on LinkedIn in 2025? You will get at least 30 profiles who create content related to your niche LinkedIn is a great platform to showcase your skillset and build your brand And the entry barrier is very low, You just need to write and post . This has led to an increase in number of profiles creating content in your niche But most of them create very surface level content. To stand out you need to showcase your authenticity , You need to create content that adds value and is applicable Once this is sorted, then you just need to connect with the right set of profiles. Profiles who are you ICP or your peers having a good active profiles. Try connecting from around the global , It helps you get better reach for your posts. The most important , Add quality comments on your peers & ICP posts. The more & better you do , the more reach and visibility you get (You can do more than 150 comments in a day, It gets restricted) And you don’t need to do 150 , Just add quality 30-40 comments per day and you are sorted. These are some important pointers that you need to implement to stand out on LinkedIn in 2025. P.S. How many comments do you do in a day ? #Comments #Quality #Growth #LinkedIn

Yesterday I saw a video on LinkedIn It was the quarterly report on LinkedIn  The stats was shocking Since 2025 is all about text based content With Carousel & Cheatsheet working best among all content. LinkedIn is now promoting Video based content for company pages Mainly B2B companies who wants visibility for the right set of audience The best way to do this is by running ads on the videos they will create. It is giving many B2B companies good visibility on their pages. But running ads on LinkedIn is not for all companies or profiles You need a budget to do it and many B2B companies have just started For them the best way to get visibility is by organic content which is authentic Not the typical “ Achievement posts” or “ Updates about their company” Content that is authentic, valuable and applicable for the audience. Creating content on LinkedIn is the easiest and the best way to gain visibility and build a network in 2025. So if you are a B2B company and want to build a good brand for yourself , then I have a resource for you that will help you create content seamlessly on LinkedIn. Just comment “Resource” and I will send it to you. #LinkedInUpdate #Algorithm #B2B

Am I good enough to be on LinkedIn?" - a question that haunted me for a year But I conquered my fear and grew my LinkedIn to 8k in 15 months! When I started on LinkedIn, I had very few following and was unclear about posting → I used to post what I learn But I knew I had to start somewhere and find my niche. Then with time I had a clear goal →  to build a strong, influential LinkedIn presence. Here’s how I did it: 1) Build a system. → I build a system that helped me be consistent 2) Optimized Profile → I optimized my profile according to my ICP and my offer This helped my boost my engagement & impression by 2000% 3) Connecting with the right set of Audience → When I started connecting with the profiles that actually can add value It helped me build a good & strong community on LinkedIn. 4) Learning & Adapting → To know what’s working , You need to experiment & Learn & execute Post different content formats to know what’s working for you & track your progress. Every expert was once a beginner. Start now, use what you have, and take action. Your growth will come P.S. What type of content do you post mostly on LinkedIn ? #Community #Audience

You need to know this! If you want to scale your business I am talking about sales and the process important to convert After attending more than 70+ Sales calls in a year Here’s what I have analyzed : 1) To convert a prospect it’s so important to make them take decision within few hours 2) The more time it takes the less chances of conversion. 3) If you think the prospect matches all the criteria then try converting them then on the 1st call by giving an offer or trial. 90% of sales never get converted just because of the time delay. I have lost around 10 Clients just because of this, And have closed more than 5 new clients just by using this technique So if you can implement this on your sales call then it becomes so easy for you to scale your business. P.S. Have you ever lost a good prospect just because of the time delay ? #Sales #Clients

Let’s understand the LinkedIn Algorithm in 2025, (Videos are no more trending) The Algorithm keeps changing all the time Just few months back video content were on demand The platform used to push all the informative videos But now it’s not the same. Here’s what the Algorithm looks like: 1) When you post a content , LinkedIn checks the quality of the content and before giving it a green flag  it checks whether it’s right to promote or push to your 1st degree connection. 2) Once it’s done , the content is shown to your 1st degree connections & then after their engagement , If it performs well then it pushes to your 2nd degree connections. 3) If the content performs well , It further pushes to 3rd degree or else it stops and gets between your 1st & 2nd degree. So for virality , You must make sure your content should reach out to your 3rd degree connection and it must get some good numbers. The content format that is getting an extra edge over other content is the cheat sheets & carousels. My Client content which was a Cheat-sheet went viral last week, So you can try with the cheat sheets. P.S. What type of content is performing well these days ? #Cheatsheet #Carousel #Algorithm

I am completed my traditional Schooling I opted Science & wanted to be an engineer I chose a different career You have been told to follow a conventional path And you often find competition in which you either standout or become a part of the crowd. The chances to get up and stand out is very low Where competition is high the chances of success is low I Understood this after completing my 12th Standard I know there is a big chunk of competition if I take the traditional route. But chose another path : Social Media Marketing A path which is uncertain , with no guarantee But the competition especially to sustain for a long time is very low I gave it a chance in August 2023 and it was my best decision Since I know if I am into this for a long term then this is easy to crack . And now within 20 months: ↳ I worked for an agency. ↳ Handling everything from planning to execution. ↳ I single-handedly managed 4 clients at a time. ↳ I was new, but I still managed to learn and do it all in 1 month. • Today, I’m handling my own clients. • I help people build their personal brands. • I have a beautiful community on LinkedIn . • I’m living the way I want. It happened because I decided to unfollow the conventional path and take risks. Note: I am not glamourising or promoting Freelancing or Entrepreneurship It’s just that I knew myself of what I want and what I can do better. Because no risk, no story. What did you choose? #Risk #Story #Entrepreneur

I will share all my strategies today. You will just need to read & Implement . But before sharing ,You must need to be dedicated to get results You just need 1 content to grow & get new business but to get that 1 content , You need to post at least 500 content. If you are ready to post 500 content then this is for you, 1) Create content for a week in advance. This is super important and it will help you be consistent. 2) Your content must speak to 1 Audience, 1 topic & 1 outcome at a time. 3) Build connection with other creators from around the globe 4) Add at least 20-30 comments a day , This is non-negotiable 5) This are all waste if you don’t have an optimized profile 6) Once you are into this then your next step should be to create a System. 7) System includes : Content Calendar , Engagement sheet, Analytics Tracker etc. 8) Keep experimenting  with your content formats. This is super important. 9) You will beat talent , If you are consistent (Very few are consistent, you can count). 10) Get on Networking calls, it's the best way to learn and know what’s working. These pointers when implemented consistently for atleast 30 days, You will start seeing positive results . P.S. What else would you like to add to this ? So next time when you have a self doubt , Don’t doubt yourself Just focus on the work and keep doing it , You will find your way with time. P.S. 71% of people check their phones within 10 minutes of waking.  The average number of times people check their phones is 70-80 times a day. As a result , We are hooked. These numbers are increasing with every passing year Social Media platforms like LinkedIn , YouTube , Instagram are promoting creators who can hook the audience with their content. The Algorithm is trained in such a way that it gets to know your likes & dislikes within a few days. So creating content that is valuable or relatable gets the maximum reach and attention. Take example of Youtube : We scroll on Youtube and watch the content which we like and have some value. Same way when you create content for yourself , Your content must be valuable , it must resonate with your audience. Just understand what your audience enjoys the most. By prioritizing your audience's enjoyment, You'll create content that keeps them coming back for more. P.S. What’s your process to create content that is enjoyable for your audience ? #Content #Audience

12K+ followers. 2 creators. 1 proven formula. I teamed up with Priyaratan Gautam to share exactly how we built our LinkedIn audiences from scratch. Nihal Prasad: 8K+ followers in 17 months Priyaratan Gautam: 4K+ followers and growing Here's what actually works: My formula for consistent growth: 1. Show up daily Not just posting - engaging meaningfully with your community for 30+ minutes every day. 2. Value first, always Every post should teach, inspire, or solve a problem. No exceptions. 3. Be authentically you Your unique voice and experience are your biggest differentiators. 4. Build real relationships LinkedIn is social media. Emphasis on SOCIAL. Connect, comment, collaborate. The consistency factor: 17 months of showing up, even when posts flopped. Even when I didn't feel like it. Consistency beats perfection every time. We broke it down what worked, what didn’t, and what we wish we knew earlier. → Swipe through. → Reflect. For 6 months, I was barely getting any impressions. No likes. No comments. No leads. I was doing everything "right" posting consistently, using hashtags, sharing valuable content. Yet nothing worked. Then I discovered these 3 engagement killers that were sabotaging my visibility. Once I fixed them, my engagement jumped from single digits to 80+ likes and comments per post. I almost gave up on LinkedIn after 3 months of zero results. No comments. No DMs. No clients. Just me, posting into nothing every single day. Being shy didn't help either. While other coaches seemed to easily get clients, I was getting maybe 5 likes per post. From my own friends. I remember sitting with my phone one evening in November 2023, thinking: "Maybe this just isn't for me.” But here's what I learned during those "failed" months: → I was posting for likes, not for real people → I was sharing boring tips, not real stories  → I was trying to sound like everyone else instead of being myself The big change came when I stopped asking "What should I post?"* and started asking "What problems do coaches actually have?" Three simple changes that turned everything around: ✅ Real over perfect- I started sharing my actual journey, including the mess-ups ✅ Problems over tips - I talked about the real struggles coaches face every day ✅ Showing up over going viral - I posted every day, even when only 5 people liked it Today, 22 months later: → 8200+ followers who actually care about my content → 5+ Clients  → 90% of my clients are from other countries (and I live in a small Indian town!) → Team of 5 people helping coaches grow on LinkedIn The lesson? Your "failures" are just learning. Every post that flops is teaching you what people really want. If you're struggling to get noticed on LinkedIn, comment "REAL" and I'll share the 3 simple steps that completely changed my LinkedIn game. #Content #Failures #LinkedIn

This is question is very common What to post on LinkedIn to get results ? The answer is very simple First define your Goal, Offer & Target Audience Once you are clear with these 3 pointers then, Implement these  Steps: 1) Find out the pain points of your Target audience and note them down. 2) Now figure out how your Offer will provide a solution. 3) Create the Content Pillars around the Pain points & your offer. 4) Now create content topics according to the Content Pillar. 5) Save them all in a Sheet and you are sorted with content . When you create a system, You get results with consistency. P.S. Do you follow this process for content creation on LinkedIn ? #ContentCreation #LinkedIn

6 months ago, I was posting quality content but still struggling to be recognized as a real authority in my niche. No inquiries. No opportunities. After some painful self-reflection, I discovered 4 hidden barriers that were keeping me from expert status and fixed them. Here's what actually makes people see you as an expert on LinkedIn, #LinkedIn #Opportunities #Expert

                        73

Today even after working with more 20+ Clients I haven't yet figured out what's next for me When I posted my 1st content on LinkedIn  - I didn't know how many likes I would get When I started on LinkedIn  -  I didn't know if I will get any clients. When I build my team - I didn't know if they stick with me for a year. Every decision felt risky And Clarity is something it keeps getting updated with time So instead of chasing Clarity, Here's what you can do: - Just get started with your work - Don't wait for the perfect time. - Clarity keeps updating with time - You don't need to have everything figured out. Whether it’s quitting your job, starting a business, building your personal brand: → You won’t always feel ready. ↳ But if you wait until you do, you’ll never move. The "figuring it out" part doesn’t happen before the leap. It happens after you jump. So if you’re standing at the edge of a big decision today: → Trust yourself a little more. → And take that one step forward. Your future self is already waiting on the other side. Just get started and take action or will regret it for later . #Decision #Job #Business #PersonalBrand

I'm breaking the "rules" of LinkedIn. Maybe you should too. They say post 7x a week.  ↳ I post 5x and get better results. They say engage 20 minutes before and after posting.  ↳ I dedicate a full hour daily for meaningful conversations. They say follow top creators' formulas.  ↳ I'm committed to learn, unlearn, and relearn my own path. They say the algorithm makes growth impossible. ↳ My community just crossed 16,000+ followers. They say you need 90 days to hit 10K.  ↳ It took me 15 months of consistent value-giving. They say getting clients on LinkedIn is a fantasy.  ↳ I've helped 40+ women coaches build their brands. Here's what I've learned: Your LinkedIn journey doesn't need to match anyone else's timeline. The "rules" were written by people who aren't you. Your authentic voice will always outperform borrowed strategies. What LinkedIn "rule" are you currently following that might be holding you back? "LinkedIn is just for job hunting." I believed this myth for years. Then something shifted. I started treating LinkedIn like what it actually is - a place to build genuine relationships. My business and life transformed in ways I never expected. Over the past 17 months, LinkedIn hasn't just grown my following from 700 to 8K+. It's connected me with incredible people who became mentors, collaborators, and friends. These connections didn't happen by accident. They happened because I stopped treating LinkedIn like a broadcasting platform and started using it like a networking event. I commented thoughtfully. I shared genuinely. I connected meaningfully. Here's what I've learned: - Your network truly is your net worth - but not in the way most people think. - It's not about collecting connections. It's about building relationships that matter. So here's my challenge to you: Stop scrolling passively. Start engaging actively. Comment on posts that resonate. Share your genuine thoughts. Connect with people whose content you admire. You never know which conversation will change your trajectory. The person who becomes your biggest supporter might be just one authentic comment away. What meaningful connection have you made on LinkedIn recently? “I don’t have new ideas to create content” “I am not consistent anymore” This is what a prospect told me in our discovery call last week She had been exhausted with content creation She was posting everyday from past 1 year With minimal or no quality visibility on her profile And now she thinks there is no further content left to create. This is a common problem for most Coaches & Entrepreneurs on LinkedIn At start they are very consistent with content creation but with time They often get writer’s block and pause their work , which is a big mistake. I have been creating content on this platform for past 20 months consistently And I know I have more and better ideas than before : Here’s what I do to stay relevant and come up with quality content every time: 1) You can’t come up with new content ideas all the time but authentic content can be created and it comes through sharing your personal stories & experiences. 2) Have a list of top peers of your niche who are active and are ahead of you, save their content that you think can rewrite it and make it more interesting & valuable. 3) Always be clear with your content topics, It must be for 1 set of People with 1 set of goals & 1 CTA. When you have clarity , it becomes so easy to come up with new content ideas. So if you are stuck with your content creation then these tips would be very beneficial for you And if you want a complete content system for your LinkedIn Profile , then I am providing a free System for 3 Coaches & Entrepreneurs this week, DM me “System” to get it. #coaches #ContentCreation
