Nija Hope is a trauma-informed International Coach Federation (PCC) Executive and Life Coach. She helps established and emerging leaders create sustained positive impact. She utilizes elements from Integrative Thinking, Appreciative Inquiry, Positive Psychology, and Self-Concept to build mindset and mind-state that support a different way to think for high-performance leaders. Her clients include executives, managers, young leaders, medical professionals, entrepreneurs, TEDx speakers, and other coaches. She is also passionate about Personal Leadership and conducts training workshops for individuals to adopt leadership behaviors to act with purpose.
