Delivery Manager

•	Leading & managing a team of 100+ associates across multiple programs and locations
•	Devising the Program Managers’ strategy and heading the design and implementation of a common project management methodology, standards and tools to drive and facilitate the successful delivery of projects 
•	Defining the program’s governance arrangements; leading the execution of program’s governance, reporting and review framework to provide a holistic view of all organizational project activity 
•	Ensuring effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the program - focusing inwardly on the internal consistency of the program, and outwardly on its coherence with infrastructure planning, interfaces with other programs and corporate, technical and specialist standards
•	Managing interdependencies and coordination across projects to ensure that information relating to project deliverables, risks and issues are effectively communicated between stakeholders and that key performance indicators are monitored and evaluated
•	Administering the program’s budget, monitoring expenditure and costs against delivered and realized benefits as the program progresses
•	Facilitating the appointment of individuals to project teams
•	Allocating common resources and skills within the program's individual projects
•	Supervising third party contributions to the program, communications with all stakeholders and administering both the dependencies and the interfaces between projects
•	Working with the business change manager or equivalent on the transition to the new business as usual position
•	Initiating extra activities and other management interventions wherever gaps in the program are identified or issues arise
