I served as SAA, VP Membership, VP PR (twice) and President in Toastmasters.

It all started with one simple choice: saying yes.

Here are 5 moments that changed me the most:

1. I felt nervous in my first role. Each small step quietly built courage.

2. I realized my actions shaped the team. Responsibility became real.

3. I wrote notes after every meeting. Tiny lessons slowly became clear.

4. I helped others succeed first. Influence came naturally through care.

5. I failed in front of people. Growth felt messy, but it was real.

Big takeaway: Growth isn’t sudden. It comes from small, intentional choices.

Consistent mediocrity will always lose to strategic excellence.
