Designed, launched and scaled internal product in EU and US for transportation and labour capacity planning. This product is heavily focused on transportation execution. It plays critical role to ensure enough trucks and warehouse associates are available through the network, to deliver packages to Amazon customers with the highest speed and lowest cost possible.

This is a big data product (80+ input data sets, with some over 1B records) that generates actionable insights near real time to Amazon's logistics experts who love it (System Usability Score - 84).

Senior Product Manager - Tech

I wanted to get closer to the customer and creative side of the product development, so I made a horizontal transition into Product Management. 

I loved learning about Continuous Product Discovery and applying it in my new role.

I owned a set of three internal products, that included the change management for Ops (that I built as an SDM), virtual twin of Amazon's transportation network, and a product for crowdsourcing internal datsets.

All changes to Amazon's worldwide transportation network go through the internal Amazon system, that I designed and built with my team. Our product receives, validates, approves and configures hundreds of thousands changes every year, coming from hundreds of internal stakeholders (supply chain, transportation, retail, sustainability), driving $XXM cost-savings and most importantly - faster delivery speed to Amazon customers.

Managed 8-10 software engineers from Junior to Senior levels. Owned 2 world-wide sev-2 services. Drove the adoption of engineering and operational excellence practices, reduced the technical debt by 70%. Supported scaling of the applications for Peak (10x TPS increase).

Software Engineering Manager

Technical lead for the quality assurance team of 3 QA engineers.

Release management, setting up and monitoring KPIs, manual and automated testing. Released all products in expected time with 90% reduction in post deployment defects. Delivered test automation project for geospatial integrity validation. Led the team transformation from testing desktop- to web-based applications. Grown up two QA engineers and mentored three summer interns. Managed the project transition (including source code, build infrastructure and knowledge base) from another technology center.

Quality Assurance Team Lead

Defect management, acceptance testing for the new features, test automation, regression testing, usability testing, performance testing.

Proposed, developed and shared with the internal community a new approach for test automation, which enabled significant annual savings on manual testing and made possible releasing a complex product with a step change in user productivity.
