I got acquainted with Google Ads at the age of 18. In the subsequent years, I worked as a Junior Paid Media Buyer in an agency and attempted to launch 5 e-commerce stores, selling clothing, accessories, and electrical equipment. Although all of them closed down, I gained valuable experience. Following that, I joined the largest Ukrainian eCommerce store as a Paid Advertising Manager. During my 3.5 years with the company, I climbed to the position of Head of Digital Marketing, overseeing internal and external marketing teams. We achieved a remarkable 223% revenue growth and an 88% increase in ROAS over 18 months. The channels under my management generated 8-figure revenue values, and I presented at Google-sponsored conferences while conducting closed strategic sessions with their team. I've become a part of this world. In 2020, I co-founded NNPARTNERS. At its peak, our team consisted of 10 people, managing seven-figure budgets.
