I am a software developer intern at EZOFIS, a company that provides innovative solutions for office management and automation. I pursued my Master of Science in Data Science from Thompson Rivers University, where I worked as a graduate research assistant and mentor for over a year. My core competencies include ML algorithms development, statistical data analysis, web application development, and research and development. As a software developer intern, I have been involved in contributing to the development of a Low-Code Development Platform (LCDP) with a focus on innovative digital transformation solutions for clients. I have been also collaborating with colleagues to understand and address clients’ business and technical needs, leading feature implementation for enhanced overall system functionality of the EZOFIS platform. I have been using Python, Rest APIs, and other tools to contribute to Ezofis's LCDP development which helps clients optimize their office operations and workflows. As a graduate research assistant, I worked on high-dimensional SNP data for feature selection, using statistical machine learning and deep learning algorithms to bridge the current knowledge gap. I also utilized Bayesian techniques to achieve better model performance. As a graduate research mentor, I collaborated with the Research Office on various projects to support and improve student research, mentoring students from diverse academic backgrounds, and serving as an informal advisory board. I am passionate about applying my skills and knowledge to solve real-world problems and contribute to the advancement of science and technology. I am eager to learn from and work with a team of experts who share the same vision and values. I believe that I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as well as a strong work ethic and a collaborative spirit.
