Chatfuel is the no-code chatbot platform for Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger with a mission to simplify the way businesses communicate with their customers via conversational marketing and messaging. It was founded in 2015 and now has millions of users and more than a billion conversations each month.

Responsibilities: 
— Design and analysis A/B experiments
— Product research
— Data visualization
— Hypothesis generation for growth
— Features post-launch analysis
— Setting up data exports
— Monitoring over data
— Hiring and onboarding new analysts

Achievements:
— I developed a new monetization system and conducted an A/B for it. This increased ARPPU by 35% with the same conversion rate
— I created a dashboard from scratch with the entire product funnel, which is used on a daily basis by the whole product team. I presented the main updates in metrics and action steps at the weekly meeting with the CEO

— I created an algorithm that extracts personal data from any company website with over 90% accuracy.
— I built the ML model to identify a company’s industry based on its website. 
— I implemented fuzzy search algorithm to quickly search for a similar organization in the database by its name, which speeded up the support work many times over.
— I created a fraud-detection ML model based on a person's personal data.
