I’ve spent my 14 year career developing individuals and teams in organisations experiencing wide-scale change, across industries as varied as luxury fashion, telecoms, food retail and financial services. And my hands-on experience is bolstered by professional qualifications: from an MSc in Organisational Behaviour and ICF accredited executive coaching training to a range of psychometric tools that support self-awareness.
