I have over 30 years experience across the rapidly converging global marketing, sales & service ecosystem & am a passionate champion of the Platform Economy & technology's pivotal role in transforming our lives. As the Software & Platforms Industry Practice Lead for Accenture Song, the largest tech powered creative group in the world handling over $16bn in client revenue, I am responsible for driving the B2B and B2C growth & experience agendas for some of the most dynamic tech giants in the world. Working with some of Accenture’s largest clients & ecosystem partners including Microsoft, SAP, Google, Meta & Amazon I am designing the next ‘Engines of Growth’ by helping our clients develop NEW playbooks to grow their audiences & revenue across Enterprise, SMBs, Creators & developers. My current focus includes 1) creating & executing new ad revenue growth models for platform clients as the Super App phenomenon evolves, 2) helping create scaled innovation & trial engines for SaaS players responding to new cloud marketplace dynamics & 3) driving new creator & developer monetization strategies for consumer platform companies needing to reinvent this ecosystem for mutual benefit. Prior to my current role, I was the Global President of Accenture Interactive Operations, leading a worldwide team of over 16,000 focused on helping flagship clients activate, operate and scale marketing programs as a managed service, to deliver increased performance and growth. We developed new marketing operating models & content activation engines for clients leveraging predictive analytics, AI & ML techniques to drive improved attribution & ROI. Before joining Accenture, I was the EMEA president of OMD Worldwide, at Omnicom, where I had strategic, operational & financial responsibility for more than 6,500 marketing professionals - directing the investment of c$19b across 65 countries and leading multi-disciplinary teams that designed the global marketing & media activation for companies such as McDonald’s, PepsiCo, Apple, Disney & Google. During my leadership, OMD enjoyed 10 years of record revenue & margin growth & was the most-awarded agency network several years running by Adweek, Ad Age, Cannes Lions, Effie Worldwide & Campaign. The Consulting Report recently recognized me as one of the Top 25 Technology Consultants & Leaders of 2023 & I was also just called out as one of the Top 50 Women Leaders of Miami in 2023 by Women We Admire.
