Having over a decade of marketing and management experience, I started my career in leadership positions at Wells Fargo, Garner Printing, and Outcomes MTM where I was responsible for 78 pharmacy accounts nationwide. After my time in medication therapy management, I chose a path in insurance and fintech for the ag sector at The Climate Corporation and AmTrust Agriculture, where I went through a merger and acquisition and office closure within a year and a half. I then took a leap of faith as the third employee at a startup company, later named Growers Edge, where I worked my way up from an executive assistant to an executive leadership position as the director of operations. Before coming to 2RM as a Senior Account Associate, I was the director of marketing for Bray Sales Company, an electrical manufacturers’ representative where I was responsible for creating and implementing a new company website, marketing materials, and an organic social media presence. As a passionate learner, I earned a B.A. in Marketing and Management and MBA in Organizational Development from Upper Iowa University. Aside from continuing education, I have a passion for kayaking, enjoying an evening bonfire with family and friends, spending time with our two rescue pups, and exploring off-road Jeeping destinations across the U.S.
