FYXER - Executive Assistants

A Fyxer is a virtual Executive Assistant. Throughout the role I provided support for the leadership team, predominantly the Chief Sales Office, CEO, Head of Operations and Head of People.

Fyxer (Supporting Leadership team, Head of Operations and Chief Sales Officer) 

In this role I was responsible for being the first point of contact for candidates. The role included sifting CV's, responding to enquiries, weekly reporting, managing job boards and workable as well as scheduling calls, taking around 20 candidate screening calls per week. FYXER are growing incredibly quickly and throughout the time I have supported them with recruitment i've seen their team double in size.

I'm a 2 x exited Founder, Speaker Coach, Speaker and Mentor.  As a serial Entrepreneur, I've had my own fair share of failures and, thankfully, some successes too. Through both the good and the not-so-good moments in my entrepreneurial journey I've always made a point of learning and adapting in order to not make the same mistake twice.

My professional background spans business, performance and the arts, enhancing the work I do around my passion for supporting people to communicate more effectively.
