First and foremost, I am a father of two beautiful daughters, a partner to the love of my life, a son, a brother, an uncle, and a reliable and loyal friend to people that I call family as well. I love sports (mainly watching them), am passionate about music (both listening and playing), am a dedicated fan of The Lord of the Rings world, and find great relaxation in hiking mountains in South Tyrol which I call my happy place. Next to that, I am a professional with +20 years of experience in the corporate world as empathetic leader of and for great people who inspires and coaches them by creating a work environment where everyone can be truly and fully herself/himself and bring in their best, as project manager that delivers results on-time and in budget, as an experienced presenter who is comfortable speaking in front of big audiences and translates complex messages in an understanding way, and a team mate who is very experienced in communicating with different levels of the organization. My true passion is to help, support and work with and for people. To help them when they are feeling stuck, to change perspectives, to energize, and to coach them where they want to grow.
