At the moment, the company has closed due to large deals of tour operators between Thomas Cook and Biblio Globus that have not been concluded. I have been selling company`s product to the company`s clients in Dominican Republic and helping with upsell of hotel services to our guests. Due to our clients needs (room changing, conference room assistance, transfer for shopping, call the police and etc.) I did 24 hours phone support for our clients and/or I was makeing personal meeting with clients if it needed.

Company Representative

Planning and holding daily meetings with guests of the company, providing information about the hotel facilities including specialization of the host country. Works collaboratively with colleagues to achieve organizational goals to provide support for tourists in conflict situations with hotels during their stay in the country. Organization of comfortable seats on the plane. Assistance to guests in case of force majeure situations (health care insurance, refund for the tour, help with many transfer). Organization 1 day and 2 days excursion by plane to Jerusalem, Cairo, Luxor, Petra in Jordan, Port-au-Prince, Hong Kong, Saigon, Hanoi & Halong, Singapore, Kuala Lumpure. 
During my job in a hotels since 12 years I was helping to our guests to stay them in their original hotel when hotel menagment decided to evict the client from the hotel due to religion belif. For example between jew client and muslim staff. Also due to alcohol intoxication when customers dont even remember that they ruined hotel property and spoiled the mood of other hotel guests. 
I was helping to our clients to get permission to fly back home from The Kingdom of Thailand when they were robed on the street and their passport were stolen.
Adviced our group of guests at the customs about the rules of passing Israeli customs clearance between Egypt and Israel (Taba - Eilat), Republic of Turkey and Israel (Antalya - Tel-Aviv) with escort in Israel on excursion.
Helped the company`s clients in proving an insured event for an insurance company so that it would pay for the treatment.
Selling company products! Helping with rent a car, organized comfortable seats in a plane, shoping programs, ethnic tourism and diving.
