NiteCars™

NiteCars™ is an eCommerce dropshipping store in the car niche. The main reason why I started this project was the incredibly high-profit margins that exceeded 80% with all the upsell & cross-sell integrations that people were taking 90% of the time. The conversion rate was more than average throughout the time I personally worked on the project, however, after a relatively short time, I could not gain consistency in sales, which indicated several problems that could occur, as I went through the analytics several times and concluded that it was simply a product in its declining phase of his life cycle.

This whole project was relatively short but in the end, every experience is a good experience.

VISUALFLICK

VISUALFLICK is an eCommerce business that sells video projectors for both business and entertainment purposes. With my current project, I worked with the same team with which I successfully completed my last project, taking on the same responsibilities, but this time I was particularly dedicated to marketing efforts. During a period when I was not actively involved in many major projects, I developed my marketing skills up to this point. This is a marketing approach that I took:

Created a Lead Magnet:
-The main goal of a lead magnet is to encourage customers to take action by giving you their contact information.
-A lead magnet can be anything but the important part is providing something appealing enough to our audience that will get them interested in your brand.
-In this case, we offered a free ebook on If you want to know how to best and confidently present your work on our product, or we simply offered a list of the top-rated movies we thought were worth watching(because we targeted people that are into movies).
- I created a landing page that showcased the free ebook and encouraged this audience to subscribe to emails.

This time with the high-ticket product, profit margins were at a satisfactory level. Unfortunately, we had a lot of problems with logistics because we had a large number of purchases at this time, we could not reach an agreement with the supplier, so we had to leave this challenge to someone else. After 4 months of actively running this business, we sold it back in October of 2019.

BeautyVoyage

I did BeautyVoyage as my first serious project back in 2018. We used the Shopify e-commerce platform for the online store. My day-to-day responsibilities included product and offer development, website conversion rate optimization, and scaling of the active campaigns. Almost all of our traffic was generated by Facebook advertising, which was the main source of paid traffic. Social Ads results were as following:

Campaign Level:
-Interest-based targeting
-Value-based Look-A-Like audience
-We used social media ads and posts that addressed the pain points of BeatyVoyage's target audience.

The overall goal was to make awareness about the product that we found to be well-performing which can be very handy. We used a highly engaging Facebook conversion campaign and included video ads which produced close to 161 purchases in just the first month of running this online store. Although the profit margin for this project was slim (17%), it launched me on the path of building a career in the industry I enjoy.
