Black Tech NOLA Conference

- Established processes for project management, marketing and design teams as founding Associate Producer for annual conference hosted during Essence Festival.
- Coordinated 3-day tech conference featuring 3 tracks for attendees, daily networking events, career recruitment, a pitch competition and activations produced by NASA, Microsoft and more.
- Worked directly with Executive Producer to pitch and secure event sponsorship, negotiate speaker, vendor and sponsor contracts and identify growth opportunities with local and national brands.
- Created proposals to bid and win long-term sponsorship contracts from City of New Orleans and national corporations such as JP Morgan Chase.

Communications Strategist

- Conducted A/B Testing to measure the performance of campaigns. Effectively worked with the team to optimize website conversion paths, SEO and social ads.
- Regularly researched and presented useful competitor and industry data to develop customer acquisition and customer engagement strategies.
