In the course, his team’s gross profit contributions for professional services & programmatic wins contiguously exceeded target year-on-year. The team was revered across WWT for setting a high-bar of achievement for the quantitative and qualitative results attained, and also turned heads taking market share from long-established competing firms. Whilst a Director at UBS AG (2006-‘16) Nilay led a series of marquee global enterprise technology programs, including remit for leading the End User Technology Program portfolio globally. Budgets under his remit exceeded £150m & program teams led exceeded 100 FTE / FTCs.
