Why do I want to become a CMO? 🤔 1/ It gives direction to my career. Whenever I face tough times or feel like giving up, I remind myself of my aim and think, "I can't stop now. There's still a lot to achieve. Keep going." 2/ Also, I'm excited to see what it's like at the top. Being in charge of a large team, feeling the responsibility of many people relying on me, overcoming difficulties, and enjoying successes—big and small. I want to experience all of this. It's about discovering new things every day. *Will I succeed? I don't know. But at least I won't have any regrets that I didn't try.*
