Receiving the Material Request from user department and check the subject, scope of work, estimated price.
•	Sending the inquiries to the suppliers.
•	Negotiate and receive price inquiries.
•	Resolving issues with suppliers and vendors. 
•	Issuing Enquiries, Quotation Evaluation Sheet and Purchase order.
•	 Following up to deliver the goods in proper time.
•	Arrange with Warehouse for Preparing Good Receipts
•	 Arrange for the Payments and invoices with Finance
•	Deliver a weekly purchase order report to Purchasing Section Head.

•	Coordination and handling of all international commercial affairs such as inquiries, sourcing, order obtaining, corresponding and monitoring orders process with suppliers.
•	Research and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability and distribution capabilities, Analyze price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information to determine reasonable price.
•	Effective communication with all international vendors.
•	Looking for the suitable vendor according to the reasonable price, technical specification, delivery time, delivery term.
•	Issuing Enquiries, Quotation Evaluation Sheet and Purchase order.
•	 Following up to deliver the goods in proper time.
•	Arrange with Warehouse for Preparing Good Receipts.
•	Arrange for Third Party Inspection and prepare ITP and issuing Work Orders.  
•	Arrange with Logistics for preparing RTI and relevant documents for PEDEC.    
•	 Arrange for the Payments and invoices with Finance.
•	Deliver a weekly purchase order report to Purchasing Section Head.
