I'm working as a Senior Business Consultant/Presales Consultant at ADP Germany. Over all i have experience in HR for 14 years as a Payroller, Payroll Consultant, HR Consultant and a Business Consultant/Presales Consultant. In my current position i'm responsible for supporting the local BOB products. I support the Payroll solution PaisyAdvanced with the moduls ADP Report and ADP Archiv, SmartPay (Based on P&I LOGA and LOGAWeb) and EasyPay (Based on edlohn). Furthermore i support the Time & Attendance solution of SmartPay (Based on P&I LOGA), Gfos for ADP and EasyPay (Based on edtime and edpep). Additional i support the HR Moduls of SmartPay (LOGA3) and the HCM solution iHCM2 of ADP. By supporting our sales team with making demos for our prospects/customers, maintaining our demo-enviroment and i'm working on RFIs and RFPs i'm a important part in the sales cycle . As a link between our special departments like implementation or product management i provide the knowledge for our sales team . In addition i train our sales team and making projects like a sales demo contest. As a Business Consultant i accompany the whole salescycle und support our sales collegues to win the deal.
