I managed the Control Room Moderization project which included 350 stores, External Antenna project which had 112 stores and a USP NIC project which had 31 stores. these were critical upgrades for the Target stores to be ready for the holiday sales. this upgrade will ensure that the store are able to meet the high customer demand during the holiday season.

Directs the planning of multiple large projects or a programs while adhering to the Information Systems Development Life Cycle (ISDLC) by defining the scope and objectives of project or program; working with business units to identify goals, success criteria, assumptions, risks, and known issues with the project or program. Manager PCI SOX compliance. 
• Increase efficiently with Holiday Readiness project which grew sales by 5% for FYE14
• Redhat project completed successfully. Ahead of schedule with a cost savings of $145,972.28 saved from the original EAC for the project. 
• Walmart is now processing compiles thru our grid environment

Summary:

Responsible for timely and effective resolution of end-user productivity issues as they relate to IT-serviced computer operations, will be responsible for service excellence in all dealings with existing clients, as well as prospects and recording problems/solutions within the help desk call-tracking system.

Requirements:

·     Excellent customer service skills are required. Ability to listen to and deliver customer’s needs. Timely follow-up. Excellent phone etiquette and presentation skills. Able to foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients, service technicians, internal staff, and other key stakeholders.
·     Able to multi-task, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines. Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, detail-oriented, and strong time management skills
·     CompTIA A+/Network+ or MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) Certification preferred.
·     Ability to diagnose problems, perform repairs on IT assets, and provide support for a wide range of applications.
