Hi, I’m Nina Devouge.

I help high performers and leaders own their next move before the world decides for them.

Most capable people stall because pressure accumulates faster than their nervous system, identity, and operating model can adapt.

That’s where I work.

For over 20 years, I’ve operated at the intersection of people, performance, and power, inside fast-scaling, high-stakes environments where decisions have real consequences. I’ve partnered with global organisations including Starbucks, LinkedIn, Lazada, WPP, and The Trade Desk, helping them hire, grow, and retain exceptional talent across regions and cultures.

I bring a cross-cultural lens shaped by lived experience across Eastern and Western systems, and fluency in English, Mandarin, French, and Malay. This gives me a unique vantage point on how different people think, lead, comply, resist, and change under pressure.

My work today sits at the intersection of:

People don’t leave jobs.
They leave microaggressions, poor communication, and feeling unseen.
Toxic managers don’t just slow performance.
They shrink people’s confidence and carry it home with them.

The best leaders?
✅They don’t just manage output.
✅They build trust, clarity, and psychological safety. Every day.

And in this return-to-office era, where companies are using “presence” as a proxy for engagement…
here’s your reminder:

💡Data should be used to understand your people.
Not to weaponise control.

Real engagement isn’t measured by badge swipes or meeting hours.
It’s built in small moments of:

✅Transparent expectations
✅The safety to speak freely
✅Culture isn’t kombucha.

It’s how safe people feel to be themselves and do their best work.

Your inability to say NO is going to cost you more than you think.

Let me break it down for you.
I used to be terrible at saying no.

I would say things like....
↳ "Let me think about it" 
↳ "Maybe next time" 
↳ "I'll try to make it work"

These half-commitments were draining my energy and killing my impact.

Until I learned this....

If it's not a clear "STRAIGHT YES," it's a CLEAR "NO."

This simple framework changed everything:
⬆️ DIAL UP focus on what truly matters
⛔ REMOVE guilt about saying no

RESULT? 
✅ Increased respect from others
✅ Higher quality opportunities

The truth? 
Every time you say "yes" or "maybe" to something you don't want, you're saying "no" to something you do.

Your time is finite. 
Your energy is precious. 
Protect them both with clarity.

Next time someone asks for your time, ask yourself: "Would I do this tomorrow?"

If the answer isn't an immediate yes, you have your answer.

You don't have to be in every room, you need to be in the right room.
