 Responsible for continuous improvement for supply and inventory planning, and Distribution PAN India processes and tools to manage B2B Biz India and SAARC Country (Srilanka, Bangladesh & Nepal) with monthly value billing of $24 Mil and volume of 900k to 1100k units and managing multi-product category like Mobile Phones, Monitor, LFD, Printer, Toner, HTV, SSD and Memory.  Provide key inputs in the boundary setting and management process, including working on recommendations with Category Product Team on target priorities, supporting design of scenarios and inventory simulation models.  Assist Category Product team in setting targets, by analyzing potential bottom up scenarios, reviewing top down targets and current KPIs, and deciding on the final target, to enable categories to achieve DIOH goals  Responsible for monitoring, improving and sustaining better metrics such as CFR, DIOH, IQR, and other KPI’s.  Participating in S&OP meetings and ensuring production plan in line with secondary sales & maintain stock levels at T1 & T2 level.  Collaborate with Global COE by reviewing escalated issues and adopting best practices/learnings from Global and/or other division, where possible, to enable continuous improvement.  Regularly analyze work flow to identify optimization of opportunities and implement process improvements and preparing SOP’s to develop complete cycle system in process improvement.  Co-ordinate with Oversees suppliers to ensure on time supply fulfillment for sales targets for India Biz and SAARC Country.  Driving implementation of continuous replenishment based supply of stocks to the distributor along with robust dispatch plans.  Coordinating with all India’s RDC’s (Approx.-4 No.’s RDC) and warehouses (28 No. of DC) and taking corrective & preventive actions for maintaining inventory as per coordination with respective sales target region wise. Managing High Sea Sale for memory Biz.
