Looking after Social and Corporate bookings that are taking place at the hotel and forming a plan to execute the end client's needs. Whether it is staying overnight or holding an event, my job is to ensure our guests have a memorable stay ensuring they have the urge to return in the future.

As well as this, with the hotel built into the Twickenham Rugby Stadium, the hotel has a connection with Rugby having the opportunity to assist various Rugby Associations and teams with their hotel needs.

Working along a team of 32 staffs covering the corporate sector for 22 Marriott Properties. The job involved receiving day to day enquiries for enquiring to hold corporate meetings/events with Marriott and meeting their needs by understanding their purpose. It was all about using the concept of "Meetings Imagined" involving ideas to win the business for our hotels by creating unique ideas where no other hotel can offer.
