Having discovered Scrum 14 years ago, I rapidly transitioned to Scrum Master and Delivery Manager roles, and developed a natural talent for servant leadership, creating then coaching amazing teams in delivering outstanding results. As I've gotten deeper into my practice, I'm thankful that my working life isn't confined to producing Gantt charts!
