A decade of endeavors in business development, marketing & strategic innovation, Creative Intrapreneurship has remained a solid foundation of my professional work. As it's said, 'Destiny is written twice, the second time quill is in your hand'. Here is how I wrote mine⬇️ 17 years, 10 months, 315 days; the exact age when I chose my 'E' to be for Entrepreneurship while growing up in family of academics & learning 'E' can only be for Education (The one that is formal). Bold decision? Yes. Proved quite fruitful for a shy boy who lived in a shell believing planet earth is the only heaven that's out there. (It is) 2011: Joined University of Delhi & initiated my first venture in direct sales business & scaled it to a revenue of 15cr as a student entrepreneur expanding it PAN India. (I still believe if you are a student, the world is free to you, every college is yours (read my featured post)) While business was usual, started my film & photography society in college and created 18+ short films and documentaries winning multiple awards at college level & film festivals, eventually converting it to a film production house. Baby steps forward, the world was a playground, but with success came defeats & with defeats came experience. Got mentored around Universe and its conspiracies, figured out it's all about 'people'. Developed a knack for leadership & public speaking, independently represented my organization in seminars & trained 2000+ SDRs. Also, presented 500+ business speeches Pan India. What after? 2016, Boundaries were just viewpoints. Had learnt French in school so thought to utilize it. Explored Europe & Middle east, searching, learning, developing, traversing through timeless dreams & lands until it was time to sit home as for all of us. (Me a little longer, another conspiracy) A fruitful exit from business in 2019, then two years in the role of L&D trainer to grow business & an unwanted career break in 2021 summed up my pandemic years. 2022: Geared up for a new challenge as an Intrapreneur to build India's biggest Organic Food Consumption channel making your everyday Dal, Chawal, Roti: healthy and interesting followed by a short consulting stint at a Robotics Company revolutionizing STEM Education for kids. Among all the platforms, it's here where history is demonstrated, mine being in present continuous polishing my writing acumen everyday wishing to create a folklore for future generations.
