Product Marketing Lead at Fluent Forms - The Fastest WordPress Forms Builder (Used by 400,000+ users)

A short highlight of the work I do on a daily/monthly basis:

- Leading the product marketing efforts for Fluent Forms WordPress form plugin from last June 2023. I lead and manage a full product marketing team, including training, motivation, and planning for future strategies.
- Led the product marketing efforts for Fluent Support from launch Nov 2021 to mid-May 2023.
Successfully launched and managed Fluent Support helpdesk plugin for WordPress, scaling it from 0 to 6000 users worldwide in 2 years (Right now at 7k+) with the help of 10-member team.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy, including keyword research, content silos, and content production guidelines.
- Manage social media strategies across various platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Quora.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborated with other teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Established team processes and systems for smooth operations and management.
- Contribute to a customer-centric company culture through employee sessions and onboarding.
- Provide regular feedback and improvement suggestions for plugins and software development.
- Execute on-page/off-page SEO with keyword research.
- Conduct competitive research and analyze data for content marketing.
- Implement data-driven content marketing for traffic, impressions, conversions, and retention rates.
- Engage with the community and address customer complaints.
- Lead successful backlink-building operations and outreach programs.
- Adapt to new tools and technologies for efficient team operations.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO practices and algorithm updates.

Fluent Support is a robust WordPress helpdesk, whose main focus is to help small business owners scale their customer support team without breaking big money and build customer loyalty providing great customer experience. Fluent Support is used by 7,000+ users.
