•   Providing comprehensive HR support to Employee Resource Groups supporting and sustaining inclusion initiatives
•   Training managers and stakeholders on performance management and employment practices

Director, Global Employee Relations and People Operations

WeWork

•	Developed and implemented WeWork’s first performance management policy, including training senior leaders and managers on how to identify and improve underperformance 
•	Drafted and implemented ADA policy and Flexible Work Arrangement policy in light of COVID-19 industry changes
•	Defined standards for promotions and succession planning focused on talent retention

Led ABC and Marvel's employee relations matters after being promoted within Disney (previously managed the same matters at ESPN). My responsibilities included:

•     Consulting with management and employees across all levels of the organization to create tools and processes for internal investigations, policies, and practices
•     Managing compliance investigations, performance management, and executive coaching
•     Advising in cases of workplace violence, fitness for duty, and crisis response (including emergency operations centers)
•     Making recommendations of resolutions in partnership with Legal, Labor Relations, HR Business Partners, and senior management
•     Responding to agency requests and charges, as well as internal audit inquiries
•     Training managers and executive leaders on legal and regulatory changes
•     Building on existing metrics and expanding data reporting to identify trends for decision-making and proactive opportunities
