•	In Mumbai, we have also deployed 3500+ Small cells which cater to Slums, Critical Locations Coverage. Managing these cells uptime with Local Fiber Vendors.
•	Ensuring that Circle operates in Cost Base line provided by Central team.
•	Ensuring Monthly, Quarterly Sign Offs wrt KPI’s , Spares & Inventory .

Circle Head 

Bharti Airtel Services

•	Responsible for 2G, 3G, 4G network of 13.5K radio nodes, 14K Kms of fiber, 2.8K enterprise customers
•	Massive expansion of the network - delivering 900+ radio nodes, 50 fiber PoPs & 100 IWAN links month on month
•	Providing technical solutions to Business teams for delivering B2B Corporate clients which involves IT, Telecom, Security cross functional synchronization
•	Taken 350 Giga leased BW from PGCIL to improve NW stability across all the 7 state capitals
•	Balancing of data & voice traffic across 6 different frequency bands across 2G, 3G & 4G layers
•	Traffic projection and network expansion planning
•	Deliver USO fund sites - 1980 sites for project awarded recently to Airtel 
•	Weekly reviews with Partners (E/// & Bharti Infratel) so as to maintain NW uptime
•	100% Compliance to MRO, TERM Cell & other statutory requirements

Aircel

Dec 2014 – Nov 2016 with Aircel, as GM Special Projects 

•	Responsible for pan India Cabinet Expansions & New Tech Deployment in existing CNIL (GTL) sites
•	Executed 4.6K sites, with another 1K sites WIP; major deployments done in East & South India
•	Task involved BOM preparation from CNIL teams at Circle & HO & Optimizing the same; Necessary budgetary approvals & Project execution monitoring
•	Responsible for Sparta Project (for South & West India) for Infra upgrade through CNIL on 8K sites
•	Handled budgetary spend of approx. Rs100cr in 15 months

January 2011 – Nov 2014 with Aircel, Karnataka as CTO 

•	Responsible for 2G, 3G network of 2.7K sites, 2.6K Kms of fiber, 750 enterprise customers
•	Rollout of 3G network (fastest amongst South Circles) with 21Mbps assured BW
•	Leased fiber to other operators
•	Coordination with Municipal agencies and other Opcos for RoW permission
•	Support Enterprise Business teams to deliver BW and provide integrated solutions to end customers
•	Deliver fiber-based solutions on MPLS

UNINOR (Telenor group - Norway)

Promoted with the responsibility of N/W Performance & Optimization for N/W across all circles.
Leading Network Optimization and Performance teams across all the 13 circles for Uninor covering up 21K Base stations deployed under the Managed Services umbrella.
Freezing all the KPI counters, formulas & implementation of these uniformly.
Carry out discussions with Vendors & discuss implementation of features that have been purchased
Driving Vendor Teams & Uninor Teams to deliver the Benchmark KPI’s as per SLA.
Initiating Trigger for various Expansions in the Network based on Utilization.
Present the various KPI trends to Management Team weekly, monthly & Quarterly basis.
Creating Processes of Network Analysis, Capacity Growth, Measurements and Performance Improvement & Network Optimization. Quality assurance for New Upcoming Sites and existing network elements.

Green Field Launch of Karanataka Circle with 1700 Base Stations.
Minutely monitored each phase of the Launch , with close coordination with Sales Team for sites selection &amp; Vendor Management for timely delivery of the Project .

Launching of new towns based on marketing inputs which involved RF & Tx surveys, Installation & Integration of Equipments at Sites Advance Planning for Core Nodes & Delivery Projections for the same . Material Management, Vendor Management & Resources Forecast were effectivelty co -ordinated which helped me in Growing the Network from 1250 sites to 3100 sites in just 15 Months .     Ensuring Invoicing & timely release of payments month on month.

Resposnible Planning &amp; Execution of Copper, Fiber &amp; OFC works in ROM . Launched First CDMA Network with Motorala Soft Switch in Nagpur . Vendor Management, Order Management &amp; Delivery Management were some of the key focus areas driven by me.
