After completing my internship in Delhi; I joined the Hyderabad office where I was involved in managing scrutinization process. ICICI had been a great learning experience – while working here I introduced the Swift Investigation Process and proposed automation for assignment of Swifts resulting in saving 48 man hours. Successfully processed over 6000 cases.

I also led the Inland Lc Payment and managed high value transactions ranging from INR 100 to 500 crores. Some of my process improvement initiatives saw enhanced efficiency in the flow of cases through various stages focusing on elimination of lag areas and redundancy.  Facilitated hot time calculation for 79 line products across entire department and analysis for workforce allotment and elimination of redundancy.
