-	HR Business Partnering with 5 Businesses: Health & Co Medical Centres, Adora Fertility Clinics, Primary Dental Clinics, Montserrat Day Surgeries, and Healius Eye Clinics;
-	Managing industrial matters and providing industrial relations and employee relations expertise to management to ensure compliance with consultation framework, legislation, and Modern Awards;
-	Providing HR leadership and guidance to businesses along with consultation and delivery of HR strategy and services to achieve business goals;
-	Working with managers and employees in identifying risks and addressing performance related issues, including ER case management, formal investigations, and dispute resolution mediations;
-	Partnering with business line management to automate key HR processes including performance management, recruitment and contracting, and remuneration/compensation planning;
-	Partnering with management to enhance organizational effectiveness, develop change management capabilities and drive decision-making based on people analytics data and research;
-	Collaborating with the L&D team to deliver training programs such as Employer Obligations, WH&S, Recruitment, Performance Management, and Leadership to management and staff; and
-	Establish, develop and lead HR strategies to create a strong sense of organizational culture in order to support engagement and retention of employees across all functional groups.

Snr Human Resources Business Partner

Opera Australia

Opera Australia is the country's largest Opera and performing arts organisation, showcasing over 600 performances each year and employing approximately 1,000 staff. Performances all year round are showcased primarily in the Sydney Opera House, Melbourne Arts Centre, and Gold Coast with additional tours across, Canberra and regional Australia.

Responsibilities:
-	Business Partnering for 6 Business Units – HR advisory, contracts underwriting, resource planning, leadership and mentoring, employee relations, departmental strategic restructures, grievance investigations, recruitment and retention, and performance management;
-	Labour law compliance, and Award and EBA interpretations employing 4 functional Enterprise Bargaining Agreements, and liaison with union bodies;
-	Business Process Improvement of HR functions – Employee benefit programs, HRIS, Payroll, WH&S, Incident and Hazard Reporting, Contracting, Resource Management, Recruitment, and e-Learning;
-	Policy and procedure writing and implementation in: WH&S, code of conduct, workplace fatigue, grievances, site safety, risk assessments, and safe work method statements;
-	Change Management and Restructures: project specific resource planning, departmental and organisational transformations, redundancies and redeployments, and people and change initiatives;
-	WH&S Training: delivering safety seminars, and complex injury case management; and
-	HR data analysis of trends, FTEs, leave accruals/balances, turnover, workforce profiles, and allocations, to contribute in developing and implementing capability frameworks and restructures.

-	HR Management Function for 5 companies: performance utilization, recruitment, training and development, appraisals, project resource and budget planning, HR strategy, and payroll (MYOB);
-	Case Management for employee grievances, dispute settlements, and performance management;
-	Developing HR Policies and Procedures, employee handbooks and delivering training to employees (induction, WH&S, quality training, effective recruitment practices, and performance management;
-	Executing HR initiatives such as wellbeing programs and benefits, and staff development programs;
-	Office Management: Internal IT Support, Asset and Fleet Management, supervision and management of Administrative Staff, and cost-effective annual assets reviews.
