Since 2017, I’ve been on a mission to kick limitations to the curb—literally and figuratively. While training in martial arts through a global pandemic, I earned my 1st Dan Black Belt in 2021 and 2nd Dan in 2023. What did I learn? That grit, a growth mindset, and the occasional bruised shin can take you further than you think is possible. A Black Belt, after all, is just a White Belt who didn't quit. That same spirit fuels my professional life. I’ve helped others stretch, grow, and surprise themselves—from first-time presenters to seasoned professionals stepping into new challenges. Along the way, I’ve gone from L&D specialist to instructional designer to a people development pro with a passion for engagement, internal communications, and building engaged cultures where learning sticks.
