Been working in the BPO industry for quite a year now. It's been a roller coaster ride for me shifting to this kind of work environment where you will adjust your body clock of your sleep from your work schedule. Not to mention your meal time and especially working with more diverse people. I'm beyond thankful to myself to conquer my fears and be out of my comfort zone, I know it was not an easy one but the experience was worth it.
