Abbreve is an open-source dictionary for slang. Most people give off the impression that communication online can sometimes be hindered because the other parties get into using short forms for certain words. I built abbreve as a side project to give users a quick reference to these abbreviations, and what they mean. However, it is nothing formal.
- Built with React, Abbreve has a local JSON backend that stores every slang
- Code is open source on GitHub and maintained by yours truly. At the time of writing, Abbreve has over 100 stars, over 100 forks, and almost 100 contributors.
