•	Engages in before and after sales service like giving of adequate information during inquiry and the renewal of customers account after expiration
•	Take inventory of daily stock for each product
● Implements and meets ambitious customer satisfaction goals.
● Meets monthly sales target.
● Manages and updates all customer information.
● Tutors new customer service associates after hiring and during seasonal upticks.
● Handle changes in policies or renewals.
● Manages and updates the customer loyalty program.

Customer Service Representative/Virtual Assistant

Answer calls professionally to all customers in Nigeria (inbound and outbound).
Follow up calls of clients with clerical duties which includes updating the existing database,which changes on the status of each Customer/prospective Customer. 
Provides Customer services to new and existing Customers .
Give customers adequate information on the Companys' products and services.
Make necessary suggestions to customers.
Meet and exceed quality Customer satisfaction goals to ensure customer retention and uphold the companys' brand.
Research required information using available resources.
Handle and resolve Customer complaints using the Client Manager and other informations.
Complete call logs and enter Customers information.

AFTER SALES DATA OFFICER

•	Collation of  day to day data from door to door After Service agents.
•	Verifying the data collected on the Client Manager.
•	Ensuring Customer satisfaction through the After Service agents by assigning the Onsite Service Agents to various area in the state to trouble shoot for Customers based on their complaints.
•	Monitoring the activities of the After Service agents on the field.
•	Compiling all the information gathered by the Data Dispatch officers and the After Service maintenance Engineers.
•	Painstakingly inspecting all the information gathered from the Data Dispatch officers and give necessary correction to ensure accuracy for further action.
•	Calculating the monthly bonus of the After Service maintenance Engineers with the available Microsoft Excel summation formula.
•	Supporting decision making in the unit.
