Expedia Group is a Fortune 500 global travel technology company that is the world’s largest online travel marketplace. I am responsible for the leadership of the team that optimizes customer success for hotel partners across Thailand, directly leading 12 Market Managers. 

I execute the ongoing commercial business planning and analytical process that defines the end-to-end sales and customer success strategy, as well as collaborating regionally on transformational sales & customer success projects. Including hosting partner and industry events across the region.

I build and maintain a high-performing team through dedicated attention to every part of the talent life-cycle, nurturing culture growth through coaching, leadership development, and training facilitation. I also fulfill a variety of regional duties, such as driving the company’s culture in the 'Thailand, Singapore and Vietnam' region, Inclusion & Diversity projects, and customer competitiveness.

I was the Conference Chairman and member of the Advisory Board at the 2017 Digital Travel APAC Summit.

The Digital Travel APAC Summit is the Digital Marketing, eCommerce strategy, and Customer Engagement event for travel, hospitality, and leisure companies. The Summit focuses on how travel, hospitality, and leisure companies can act more like retailers to embrace digital strategies, harness technology to improve operations, and enhance the consumer experience to build genuine loyalty.

I joined the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group in 2012 to launch the digital department in January 2013 and spearhead the digital journey towards a global digital strategy across the brands and Bangkok flagship property.

I Worked very closely with the General Manager and other Executive Leaders through various company transitions leading to a renewed traveler centric digital experience for our guests. I was promoted to the position of Director of eCommerce and Digital Marketing in 2014.  

Throughout my journey I Grew a team of five Marketing and digital experts to lead our marketing and digital projects, while developing new tools and redesigning the new website and web architecture, and the rebranding of the Mandarin Oriental Shop across numerous location in Thailand, launched in 2015 with the help of multiple partners and consultants.

The hotel was recognized at a leader in digital marketing and eCommerce strategies in Southeast Asia in 2012.
