Key accomplishments so far include co-leading my design team (along with another Sr. Designer) through a national rebrand in six months, working closely with the digital team on various web projects, co-creating company videos along with other creative/marketing team members and our production vendor, and revamping both print and digital templates to streamline production projects. Revamped and improved our brand icon library.

AdventHealth

Right-hand woman to our Creative Director, leading a team of incredible in-house designers and production artists as well as freelancers. Directly managed six graphic designers and ran the intern program. Solved problems, created processes and worked with our marketing partners in various departments. Created, grew and oversaw brand and system advertising campaigns. Partnered with digital, web development and video teams to produce integrated campaigns. Ensured quality of the creative we produced. 

Helped lead design teams across the region through a complete corporate rebrand, working with our agency of record, 22sq, and consisting of nearly two years of planning/execution while encompassing at least 6,000 pieces of creative.

Experienced designer, working mainly in a conceptual capacity, as part of Florida Hospital's marketing team. Lead out on advertising and branding campaigns, which includes directing other designers and production artists. Created advertisements, invitations, and brochures in addition to covers, templates and graphics for presentations and proposals. Shot photos of events, construction projects and employees for use in publications. Wrote/edited proposals, and designed page layout. Worked as a team with other creative department members to plan team projects and company events. Conducted in-house printing and coordinated vendor printing. Assisted the Sr. Designer in implementing a national rebrand, as a junior team member. Promoted to Senior after only one year.
