I have had an interesting start to my professional journey. When the COVID-19 pandemic surfaced in 2020, I was finishing up my undergraduate studies at the University of Illinois. I was ready to use my leadership education in a new way. I shortly joined SHIELD Illinois where I led and supervised a team of six testing site employees to ensure effective and efficient COVID-19 testing at our deployed locations. I now currently hold the role of Relationship Manager where I act as the main point of contact for client accounts and maintain strong, profitable business relationships. I optimize client experience and relationship by recording, documenting and analyzing agency demographics to improve performance outcomes using Zoho CRM and Point and Click software. Additionally, I write, edit, and publish weekly operations newsletter to keep over 3,000 testing agencies aware of operation changes and best testing practices. In my next role, I hope to leverage all my experience and knowledge in a position where I can help others and drive success.
