Noah Green is a Development Manager and licensed Architect with over a decade of experience delivering high-performance commercial real estate projects in the Seattle and Bellevue markets. His day-to-day responsibilities include tracking project budgets and schedules, overseeing tenant improvements, facilitating FF&E procurement and installation, managing retail design and buildouts, handling construction closeout activities, and supporting the transition to building operations. He also contributes to quarterly financial reporting, leasing coordination, and asset divestment planning. Noah collaborates closely with general contractors, architects, tenants, brokers, and property managers to ensure best-in-class project delivery and to mitigate risk across all phases of execution. Previously, Noah served as a Development Manager at Cascade Built, where he led multifamily projects targeting Passive House certification from entitlement through stabilization. Earlier in his career, he spent eight years at Perkins&Will as a project architect, helping lead design and technical coordination on high-rise and sustainability-driven projects, including those certified under the Living Building Challenge and LEED Platinum. Noah holds a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Oregon. He is a LEED AP BD+C and Living Future Accredited professional. Active in ULI, NAIOP, and the Living Future Institute, he has also served as a guest critic for design studios at both the University of Oregon and the University of Washington.
