Led development of the Taqua Products and Solutions Guide, used by sales to present Taqua’s entire product/solution portfolio.  Product guide enabled acquirer (Tekelec) to understand the offering, which was influential in the sale of the company for $95M.

Supported the executive team with business case development for the acquisition by Tekelec.  Worked directly with the team from Tekelec during due diligence activities.  

Managed new product introductions and successfully brought three new products to market.

Managed the technical publication and training resources. Led a team of technical writers, trainers, course developers, and web/multimedia specialists.
