- Led a multidisciplinary team of data engineers, data scientists, and product managers (up to 10p), building Explorium core assets. The team specialized in data, analytics & software engineering, prediction analytics, scraping, and data analysis.
- Increased team productivity and delivery by 2.2X over 12 months. Reduced quality issues and incidents by ~8X. This was accomplished by creating and iterating processes such as - product discovery, oncall, engineering, machine learning, data quality and analysis.

Tetrix unlocks the hidden capacity of healthcare providers by optimizing workflow.  

- Managed product discovery with deep qualitative and quantitative customer research (over 110 customer interviews), which led to 3 pilots with US design partners and a strong definition of customer segment and needs. 
- Led market, industry, and competitive analysis (mentored 2 research interns). Conducted scientific research to estimate the business impact and uncover technological opportunity, resulting in winning an IIA innovation grant and supporting a seed round investment of $350K.
- Developed dashboards and POCs for clinical and operational decision-making, producing a HIPAA compliant scheduling engine that drives 44% more potential revenue than existing methods (using Bayesian Network and Boosting algorithms).
- Planned and monitored the product development in a team of 3 SWEs by building and prioritizing user stories, defining KPIs, events, and timelines using AGILE frameworks. This enabled quick 2-week release cycles that were delivered to the customers.

- Led the R&D of 2 award-winning products for profile classification and for anomaly detection in multimodal big-data, from idea to deployment.
- Managed the Spatio-temporal and NLP data squad (4 researchers). Created APIs and delivered internal products across the organization, reducing the developing time of new initiatives by up to 60%.
- Optimized algorithms and directed data-orchestration for production (data pipelines, automation, and visualizations).
